Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Denver, CO (Downtown) - 100% Onsite

Salary Range: $45-$55/hour | Approx. $100,000-$110,000 annually upon conversion

Summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled SharePoint / Microsoft 365 Solutions Developer to support and enhance their enterprise collaboration environment. This role is heavily centered on SharePoint Online administration, development, governance, and optimization, while also contributing to broader Microsoft 365 initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring deep SharePoint expertise, experience developing custom solutions, and a strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. This individual will help modernize collaboration tools, improve business processes, implement automation, and ensure SharePoint environments are secure, scalable, and well-governed.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, maintain, and optimize SharePoint Online environments.
  • Design, configure, and support SharePoint sites, document libraries, lists, and collaboration solutions.
  • Develop and deploy custom SharePoint Framework (SPFx) applications and web parts.
  • Establish and maintain SharePoint governance, taxonomy, content management, and information architecture standards.
  • Manage SharePoint security, permissions, and access controls.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Develop Power Apps to streamline and enhance business processes.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for process automation and operational efficiency.
  • Support Microsoft 365 administration, including collaboration and productivity services.
  • Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative and support functions.
  • Assist with identity and access management activities within Entra ID (Azure AD).
  • Troubleshoot platform issues, provide technical support, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Document solutions, configurations, and operational procedures.

  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft certifications related to SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure are a plus
